Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management tool, which will grant you total command over your electronic mail accounts and newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new e-mailbox in no time and administer its settings with ease. Additionally, you can redirect emails from one email mailbox to another, configure e-mail filters, create autoresponder messages and secure your mail accounts against junk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your mailbox accounts against junk e-mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired emails will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular e-mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of certain criteria specified by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can easily set up an e-mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and choose the email filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one e-mail box to another, or even to several other e-mailboxes. Just select the mailbox account you want to redirect mails from, then select the target mailbox and select if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly set up the electronic mail client of your preference to access your mail accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you would like to set up on your personal computer or handheld device and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple email box accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will do everything else.
